Charles Kelley is heading back to London — and this time, he’s stepping into the spotlight alone.
The GRAMMY-winning vocalist, best known as one-third of country superstars Lady A, has announced a special one-night-only headline show at Notting Hill’s historic Tabernacle on 5 March 2026. It marks his first London appearance in three years and his first ever UK performance as a solo artist, making this an unmissable moment for fans who’ve followed his evolution from Nashville hitmaker to boundary-pushing solo storyteller.
A New Era, Up Close
Kelley’s return comes on the heels of his latest solo album, Songs For A New Moon — a bold, shimmering project that sees him dive headfirst into an ’80s-inspired pop landscape without losing the emotional weight and lyrical craft that have defined his career. Across 16 tracks, the album captures a sense of renewal and rediscovery, pairing pulsing synths with the kind of vocal power that has long made Kelley one of country music’s most distinctive voices.
For UK fans, the chance to hear these songs live — in a venue as atmospheric and intimate as The Tabernacle — feels particularly special. Kelley himself says the show is something he’s been eager to bring across the Atlantic.
“It feels really good to be bringing this project to London,” Kelley shares. “So many of my favourite artists have come out of the UK, and that’s always been a huge influence on me. From day one, I hoped this music would connect there, so getting to play it live with a full band in a room like The Tabernacle is something I’ve been looking forward to.”
A Solo Chapter in Full Colour
The show arrives as Kelley continues to build momentum with his latest single, “Steal Your Heart,” following the success of his BBC Radio 2 favourite “Can’t Lose You,” which broke into the Top 10 on the US Adult Contemporary charts. Critics have praised Songs For A New Moon for its vibrant, nostalgic energy — a “masterclass in timeless pop storytelling” according to Entertainment Focus, and a “sonic journey crafted to transport listeners back to a time when music… simply felt better,” as PEOPLE put it.
It’s a project that pushes Kelley into new creative territory while still tapping into the emotional honesty that has anchored his work with Lady A and beyond. For an artist long celebrated as one of “music’s most reliable and versatile singers” (American Songwriter), this new era feels both surprising and inevitable.
