Country in the Afternoon returns to The Half Moon this May

Cumbrae Promotions brings its beloved mini‑festival Country in the Afternoon back to The Half Moon, Putney, for a two day celebration of country and Americana on 16 and 17 May 2026. Across the weekend, fans can expect eight standout artists from the UK, USA, New Zealand and Australia, each bringing their own flavour of songwriting, storytelling and musicianship.

Running from 12.45pm to 5pm on both days, the event promises an intimate atmosphere, great food and drinks, and access to the venue’s beer garden. It is one of London’s most relaxed and welcoming daytime country gatherings, perfect for discovering new artists or catching favourites up close.
