Dan Smalley is an Alaskan-born, Louisiana-raised country singer-songwriter whose music reflects a life rich with experiences and resilience. His journey into music was shaped by his upbringing, moving frequently due to his father’s Air Force career, and eventually settling in Shreveport, Louisiana, where his passion for country music truly took root.

A life-altering incident led him to reevaluate his choices and embrace a new direction, inspiring his commitment to authenticity and storytelling in his music. His unique sound blends traditional country with soulful undertones, creating a style that resonates deeply with listeners. In 2020, he released his debut EP, If I’m Being Honest, under Big Machine Label Group, showcasing his talent as both a singer and songwriter.

Now based in Nashville, Smalley has collaborated with renowned artists like Willie Nelson, Tim McGraw, and Dwight Yoakam, and his songs have been recorded by notable names such as Ashley McBryde.
